Leviathans nature

Leviathans nature “Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before destruction. Pride is an enemy of your soul. It is an iniquity bent on evil and serving Self. It will always deceive you and bring delusion through ones rebellion and disobedience to Gods righteousness. It desires to rule on the thrown in the heart of men.

The father of pride is leviathan, Job 41 describes this Power. It has many faces and behavior that it produces. Pride will always resist the Spirit of the Lord and will always justify itself. It desires to be flattered and build its own platform.

Here are a but a few common ways Leviathan can be seen in operation within the church. It works through selfishness, ego, arrogance, stubbornness, rebellion, being unteachable, un-correctable, argumentative and debating. It is critical and judgmental, unable to submit to authority. It will keep people in a vagabond cycle and causes restlessness. It steals the blessing of the Lord of prosperity. “But the humble will inherit the land And will delight themselves in abundant prosperity.” Psalms 37:11

Leviathan will be seen in controlling and manipulating practices. It carries a spirit of offense. It's a participator of witchcraft and lying divination and false doctrines. It's at the root of covenant breaking in relationships.

This twisted serpent is behind tongue problems. (James 3-4) It will bring division, strife, offenses, gossip and slander, twisting communication within the church. It opens one up to a spirit of destruction with the workings of Jezebel. It will eventually destroy you if not dealt with!

It's unfortunate that it is a generational iniquity that most will justify and be disillusioned in their own heart of its poison. Only uprooting it and lining up ones life with the humility of Jesus and His teaching, operating with a servants heart can break its back. It will be life long journey to keep him out. “But He gives a greater grace. Therefore it says, "GOD IS OPPOSED TO THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE." James‬ ‭4:6
